Description

This is a great casserole for company or just for your family. It's delicious and quick, especially if you use rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

• 2 bags Nacho Doritos, crushed
• 4 c. shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie is great for this)
• 4 c. shredded Cheddar or Mexican cheese, or more if you would like (regular or reduced-fat)
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
• 1 c. sour cream, regular, reduced-fat or fat-free
• 1 c. milk, regular, 2 %, or skim
• 1 packet taco seasoning, your choice of mildness

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan or casserole dish with non-stick spray.
2. Mix together all ingredients, except for Doritos.
3. Layer half of the Doritos on the bottom (1 bag), then spread half of the chicken mixture, the rest of the Doritos (the second bag), and the rest of the chicken mixture. Add more cheese on top.
