Description
In a hurry and at a loss for what to make for dinner? Serve this quick and easy pasta that can be on your table in about 15 minutes. Best of all, it's delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cheese ravioli
- 3 oz. unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz. grated Parmesan
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. black pepper
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 7 oz. green asparagus, woody ends snapped off
- crushed red pepper flakes, for serving
- freshly ground black pepper, for serving
- lemon zest, for serving
Steps
- Bring a large pot of well salted water to a boil.
- Heat a large skillet over low heat; add butter; stir until melted. Add garlic; sweat for about 1 minute. Stir in salt, pepper and thyme. Add lemon juice; stir for 30 seconds. Add asparagus in a single layer; cook for 3-5 minutes.
- In the meantime, add ravioli to the pot of boiling water; cook, for about 3 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 c. pasta cooking water.
