Cheese Ravioli with Tomatoes and Asparagus

Description
This amazing pasta meal can be on your table in less than 30 minutes. It starts with refrigerated cheese ravioli, fresh vegetables and cheese in a garlic herb sauce.
Ingredients
1 T. olive oil
1 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 c. cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
20 oz. package refrigerated four cheese ravioli

Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions; drain; set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus; cook 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the tomatoes and garlic to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice; bring to a simmer; cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet; gently toss to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
Stir in the fresh basil, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese; cook 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve immediately, topped with more Parmesan cheese, if desired.
