1 rotisserie chicken, deboned, meat roughly chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. red onion, diced
1/2 c. chives or green onion tops, chopped
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. smoked paprika
1 T. celery seed
freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
