Description

This pizza is easy to prepare and delicious. It makes a perfect lunch, dinner or even appetizer. Have some fun and let everyone choose and make their own individual pizzas.

Ingredients

10" flour tortilla
1 garlic clove, sliced in half lengthwise
extra virgin olive oil
Ricotta cheese
thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
thinly sliced red onion
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
other toppings of choice

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Gently rub the cut sides of the garlic clove all over the tortilla. Lightly brush both sides of the tortilla with olive oil. Place the tortilla on the prepared baking sheet.

Evenly distribute a few slices of Mozzarella over the tortilla and dollops of Ricotta. The whole surface doesn't need to be covered. Top with sliced mushrooms and onions.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp and golden. Since ovens differ, check the pizza on the after 15 minutes.

Lightly drizzle a little more olive oil on the pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle a little sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.

Slice and serve the pizza immediately.
