  • 4 - 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 - 6 dried chili peppers, chopped or 1 t. dried chili flakes
  • 1 c. diced red bell peppers
  • 2 T. dried oregano, or to taste
  • 2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. reserved pasta cooking water
