- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 4 - 6 Italian Sausage links, your favorite
- 1/4 c. olive oil, plus extra for searing Italian sausage links
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 4 - 6 dried chili peppers, chopped or 1 t. dried chili flakes
- 1 c. diced red bell peppers
- 2 T. dried oregano, or to taste
- 2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. reserved pasta cooking water
Steps
