Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Description
This is definitely a wow dinner! It's so delicious, it tastes like you put in a lot of time and effort to prepare it, but it's ready in about 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
8 oz. noodles, any type
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. hoisin sauce
1 T. sesame oil
1 t. ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. bell peppers, sliced
1 c. green onions, chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
sesame seeds and fresh cilantro, for optional garnish

Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain; set aside.
While the noodles are cooking, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add the ground beef; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Discard excess grease.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet; sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in bell peppers; cook 3-4 minutes until tender. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.
Toss in the cooked noodles and green onions, stirring until everything is well coated and heated through. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro, if desired.
