Description
This is definitely a wow dinner! It's so delicious, it tastes like you put in a lot of time and effort to prepare it, but it's ready in about 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 8 oz. noodles, any type
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. hoisin sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1 t. ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. bell peppers, sliced
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- sesame seeds and fresh cilantro, for optional garnish
Steps
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain; set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add the ground beef; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Discard excess grease.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet; sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in bell peppers; cook 3-4 minutes until tender. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.
