In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until nicely browned and no longer pink. Discard excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the mixture cool completely. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each piece of dough into a circle about 4 inches across. Place 1-2 T. of the cooled burger filling into each one of the centers. The filling should be completely cooled before assembling, or the heat will make the dough difficult to work with! Carefully pinch the dough edges together to seal completely. Gently roll each one into a smooth ball.

Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic; brush generously over each ball. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake the bombs for 15-18 minutes, or until they're golden brown and the dough is cooked through completely. Remove from the oven.

Brush immediately with remaining garlic butter; sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.

Serve warm with favorite dipping sauces like ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.

6 servings, 8-12 bombs total.

Tips:
The bombs can be assembled in advance and baked later.

Leftovers can be frozen and then reheated in the oven or air fryer to restore the perfect crispy exteriors.
