8 chicken wings, washed, patted dry, split
2 tbl. vegetable oil
3 tbl. jerk seasoning
juice from 1 lime
non-stick foil or foil sprayed with oil
Toss split chicken wings, vegetable oil, and jerk seasoning on a sheet of foil. Form a packet around the wings. Grill over high heat, turning once or twice to prevent burning, for 25 minutes. Top with cilantro and lime juice.
