Don't go to a restaurant to enjoy your favorite French Dip Sandwiches when you can eat them in the comfort of your own home and pay less!
Ingredients
- 1 can French onion soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
- 1 can or bottle of beer (12 oz)
- 1-3 lb. of beef roast or pork tenderloin
- French rolls
- Swiss or Provolone cheese slices
Steps
- Put tenderloin or roast in crockpot. Pour beef broth, French onion soup, and beer into crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours.
- About 30 minutes before time is up, shred the meat with a fork. Cover and continue cooking for the remaining 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
