Make these melty, pull apart pizza calzones for a family meal. They could also be served as an appetizer.
1 can-13.8 oz. refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 c. pizza sauce, your favorite
1 cup shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
3 slices Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 T. small broccoli pieces
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
4 thinly sliced green pepper rings
2 T. corn
1 T. water
1 T. grated Parmesan Cheese

Cut dough roll in half crosswise, then unroll half on large baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce down center of dough, leaving 1/2-inch around edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Top 1/3 with turkey and second third with broccoli and corn, leaving last third cheese only. Put sliced mushrooms and green pepper rings on top of cheese over half of rectangle.
Unfold remaining dough over filling. Crimp edges with fork. Cut rectangle into thirds crosswise. Cut each rectangle on diagonal into 2 pieces. Brush dough with water. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15-19 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
