An old family favorite.
1 1/2 lb.- 2 lbs. hamburger
large can of tomatoes, not crushed
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
garlic salt to taste, the more, the better
salt and pepper
Egg noodles
Fry hamburger, drain. Add canned tomatoes, green peppers, onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook on low heat for about 35-45 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Enjoy!
