Southwest Ranch Spread
Description
This is not just Ranch Dressing, it is Ranch Dressing with a little kick to it. Serve it as a dip for your veggies or as a salad dressing!
Ingredients
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1-1 oz. packet ranch salad dressing mix
1-10 oz. can milder diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 T. cilantro
juice of 1/2 lime

Put all ingredients in a food processor and process for 30 seconds or until it is smooth and well-blended.
