A quick easy way to make chicken!
2-3 chicken breasts
1/2 cup margarine/butter, divided
8 oz. white wine
1 large can mushrooms, drained
Tasty rice:
1 can chicken broth
1/8 c. dried parsley
1 t. orange peel
2 c. Minute Rice
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks, brown in 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet. Add the other 1/4 cup margarine, mushrooms and white wine. Simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Thicken with flour or cornstarch and serve over tasty rice.
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
