Description

A quick easy way to make chicken!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup margarine/butter, divided
  • 8 oz. white wine
  • 1 large can mushrooms, drained
  • Tasty rice:
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/8 c. dried parsley
  • 1 t. orange peel
  • 2 c. Minute Rice

Steps

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks, brown in 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet. Add the other 1/4 cup margarine, mushrooms and white wine. Simmer until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Thicken with flour or cornstarch and serve over tasty rice.
  2. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
