When you need to make a delicious meal, but don't have a lot of time to prepare one, make this sweet chicken. It doesn't take a lot of time and there are only 5 ingredients that you may already have in your pantry. Serve with rice and top with the sauce,
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 lb. chicken breast tenderloins or whole chicken breasts
1 can pineapple chunks
Line crockpot with a liner to keep it clean.
Mix first 3 ingredients in the crock pot, stir. Add chicken tenderloins. Cook on low 6-8 hours. One hour before it is finished, add pineapple.
Serve with rice.
