Ingredients
- 4 boneless, chicken breasts, skinless
- 2 T. mayonaise
- 2 T. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 t. Paprika
- 1/2 t. Cumin, ground
- 1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs
- Olive oil mist or cooking spray
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, spray lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
- Combine Paprika, cumin, Parmesan cheese and Panko crumbs together in a small bowl.
