Give your boring BBQ Chicken a make-over by using Dr. Pepper and Smokehouse Maple Seasoning. You will love this sweet and smoky flavor added to your chicken and so will everyone that tastes it!
1/2 c. Dr. Pepper
2 T. McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
2 T. Canola oil
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Mix Dr. Pepper, Maple seasoning, oil and mustard in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this marinade for brushing later.
Place chicken in large Ziplock plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; toss and turn to coat well.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour for extra flavor.
Remove chicken from marinade. Discard this marinade.
Grill chicken 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with the 2 tablespoons of reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
