Description
This is an easy, quick meal to make on those nights when you just don't have time to cook. Serve it with a salad and garlic bread and you are all set for a delicious meal!
Ingredients
1 lb. medium pasta shells
1 bag (12 oz.) Green Giant Steamer frozen sweet peas
3/4 c. basil pesto
2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package, about 8 minutes.
Cook peas as directed on bag, about 5-7 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup of the cooked peas. Place remaining peas in food processor along with pesto and olive oil.
Cover; process 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides, until mixture is smooth.
Add mixture to pasta; toss to coat evenly. Stir in reserved peas. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.
