A sweet, warm holiday beverage that will warm the soul.
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. mils
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. hot coffee, brewed or instant
1/2 c. heavy cream
cinnamon
In a saucepan, stir together cocoa and sugar. Gradually stir in coffee. Add milk. Heat, stirring frequently, until simmering. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Whip cream until thickened. Ladle chocolate mixture into 4 mugs. Float spoonful of cream on each. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
