4-5 lb. pot roast
1 jar pepperoncini, including juice
1 can of beer
2 cans beef broth
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing

Brown meat on all sides and then place it into the crockpot.Dump the rest of the ingredients into the crockpot. Cook for 12-14 hours. When cooked, shred meat with 2 forks and serve on buns.
