Your whole family will love these chops, even the picky ones. They can be made on the grill, baked in the oven or even pan-fried. You decide which is easiest for you and your lifestyle! Serve with rice with extra sauce drizzled on the top.
1/2 c. honey
4 T. soy sauce
7 cloves garlic, minced
6 pork loin chops, boneless, trimmed of excess fat, 4 oz. each
Preheat the grill.
In a shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce and garlic, then coat the chops in the mixture.
Reserve the left-over honey mixture for basting.
Place chops on greased grill over med high heat, close lid and cook. basting 2 times.
**Can be baked in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
