Description

Want to make an easy meal in the slow-cooker, but you don't have all day to do it? Make this simple, delicious soup in just a little over two hours. Everyone will love it, and if you use a slow-cooker liner, clean up will be easier too!

Ingredients

• 1 T. olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 celery ribs, chopped
• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 2 T. all-purpose flour
• 3 c. chicken stock, divided
• 1- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
• 1/2 t. paprika
• 1/2 t. garlic powder
• 1 1/2 T. Worchestershire sauce
• 1 T. yellow mustard
• 1/4 t. Kosher salt
• 1/8 t. black pepper
• 8 oz. cubed cheese, like Velveeta
• shredded cheddar cheese for topping, if desired

Steps

1. Line slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion and celery to skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and place the vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3. In the same pan, brown hamburger. Drain, add meat to the slow cooker.
