Ingredients

• 2/3 c. rolled oats
• 1 c. whole milk
• 1 t. salt
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• 3/4 t. dried marjoram
• 1/4 t. dried sage
• 1/2 t. dried thyme leaves
• 1/2 t. dried garlic powder
• 1/4 t. hot sauce
• 2 large eggs
• 1 c. onion, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
• Topping:
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 t. dried mustard
• 1/2 t. dried ginger
• 1/2 t. Liquid Smoke
• dash of hot sauce

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix the first 11 ingredients until evenly blended. Add ground beef and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
