You will become a baked potato soup addict after you taste this wonderful soup. It's easy to make, and very satisfying.
8 medium baked potatoes
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. butter, melted
6 c. whole milk
salt and pepper, to taste
4 green onions, chopped
1 lb. crisply fried bacon, crumbled
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 -2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
Bake potatoes, cool, cut into small cubes. Cook bacon till crisp; crumble. Melt butter, add flour and let bubble for one minute. Add milk and bouillon cube. Add remaining ingredients except for the sour cream. When everything is hot, then add the sour cream. Stir well and serve.
