Give your ranch dip a little kick with this recipe. Serve with celery, crackers, chicken wings, chips, tortillas or assorted veggies. It is so versatile, it can even be used as a salad dressing!
1 1/3 c. mayo
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. salsa verde
3 T. canned chopped green chilies
3/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves
2 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
hot cooked buffalo-style chicken wings
celery sticks
tortillas
assorted veggies
Place the first seven ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Chill until serving.
Serve with chicken wings and, if desired, celery.
