Make this easy shrimp dish for a quick but delicious meal. You can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes for a wonderful dinner, even on a week night.
1 stick butter
2 lb. shrimp
1 packet Italian Seasoning
1/4 c. white wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch jelly roll pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack dried Italian seasoning, then drizzle with white wine. Put in the oven and bake 15 minutes.
Serve with angel hair pasta.
