With just a few ingredients and a little time you can make a wonderfully delicious chicken dinner. Be sure to make enough, because everyone will want seconds.
8 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. Kosher salt
2 t. minced garlic
1 c. heavy cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix salt, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese together. Spread this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Mix the heavy cream and soup together and pour evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is covered with cream.
Bake uncovered for 90 minutes.
Garnish with freshly ground pepper and serve.
