Description
There is no need to fry chicken to get it crispy. Baking is healthier for you and tastes just as good.
Ingredients
- 6 -8 chicken thighs, with bones and skin
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
- ground paprika and/or granulated garlic, optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking tray or half sheet pan with foil.
- Place all chicken on baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn over each piece skin side up ad drizzle about a teaspoon of oil over the skin on each piece of chicken and rub lightly to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 1 hour, until the skin is golden brown and crisp.
