This is an easy, 4 ingredient recipe that is delicious and doesn't even take much time in the crock pot! Serve it over rice and you have a complete meal.
4-5 boneless chicken breasts, thawed
3/4 c. orange marmalade
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
2 T. soy sauce
Place a crock pot liner in the base of the crock pot for easy clean up.
Cook chicken in the crock pot for 3 hours, covered.
Drain juice from the crock pot.
Mix together the BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce. Pour over chicken, then cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
