This is an easy dinner to make when you want a delicious meal, but don't have a lot of time to prepare one. Serve it with rice or potatoes and a salad.
8 chicken skinless breasts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. Kosher salt
2 t. minced garlic
1 c. heavy cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix salt, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture on all chicken pieces.
Put chicken in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Mix the cream and soup together. Pour it evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is covered with cream.
Bake uncovered for 1½ hour.
Garnish with freshly ground pepper.
