These brown sugar glazed chops won't be too sweet because of the balance between the sugar and the other spices. It takes just minutes to prepare and another ten minutes to cook these wonderful pork chops.
4-5 boneless, pork chops
¼ c. light brown sugar, packed
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. paprika
½ t. salt
½ t. black pepper
2 T. olive oil
Combine brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub this mix on both sides of each pork chop, using all of the spice mix.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
When oil is hot, cook pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
