Make something totally different for breakfast/brunch with this tasty recipe. You are only 4 ingredients away from a surprisingly great one!
1 tube crescents rolls
4 eggs
6 slices bacon
2-3 T. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake the bacon slices for 6-8 minutes, turning once. It shouldn't be completely cooked as it will finish on top of the eggs.
Open and unroll Crescents onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Split the dough right down the middle, forming two large rectangles. Pinch the perforations together in each square. Sprinkle on a little Parmesan cheese if you would like extra cheese.
Fold up the edges of each rectangle of dough from 1/2 inch of the edge around each rectangle. This helps to keep the eggs from sliding off.
Crack two eggs into the center of each dough square. Place the three slices of precooked bacon across the eggs on each square. Sprinkle with 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the dough are golden brown and the eggs are cooked to your preference.

Tip: Make a great lunch or quick dinner by adding tomato slices first, then the eggs and bacon. Add some Italian seasonings to spice it up.
