Description
Use your leftover turkey and vegetables from dinner to make great panini sandwiches for lunch. Prepare the paninis and enjoy immediately or wrap them up for later.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of your favorite bread, sourdough is good
- 2 slices leftover turkey meatloaf
- any leftover veggies or mashed potatoes
- 2 slices Provolone cheese or your favorite
- butter or margarine for spreading
Steps
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place meatloaf, cheese and any other desired leftovers between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat (or use a panini maker). Carefully place sandwiches in skillet. Cook for a few minutes. When the bottoms are golden brown, flip over.
