Are you have a Mexican themed party? This is a great one to make. Just cook the taco meat as usual and keep it warmed in the crock. Serve in individual sized Frito bags- no dishes necessary!
taco meat:
2 lb. lean ground beef, browned until almost done and drained well
2 onions, chopped and sauteed until golden
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 T. cumin
1/4 c. chili powder
2 T. Sriracha hot sauce
1 T. smoked paprika
1 T. Garlic-Herb Mrs. Dash seasoning blend
1/4-1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Toppings:
sour cream, shredded cheese, hot sauce, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado or fresh guacamole sprinkled with lemon or lime juice so it doesn’t brown, fresh pico de gallo or salsa, chili beans and lemon/lime wedges

Place a crock pot liner in the base a the cooker for easy cleanup.
Brown the meat and onions until golden. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in a 6 - 7 quart crock pot. Mix well.
Set cooker on LOW setting. Cover. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to WARM setting. Meat is ready to serve. It really doesn't need to cook, it just needs warming up.
Place little bowls around the slow cooker filled with the following toppings of your choice: sour cream, shredded cheese, hot sauce, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado or fresh guacamole sprinkled with lemon juice so it doesn’t brown, fresh pico de gallo or salsa, chili beans and lemon/lime wedges.
Place single serving bags of Fritos corn chips alongside the other ingredients.
To serve:
Each person should cut their bags of Fritos along the SIDE edges of each bag. Top the chips with taco meat and toppings of choice.
