Tuna Melt

Description
Instead of a boring tuna sandwich, serve this classic tuna melt. In a few minutes, you can have a lunchtime favorite in your own home.
Ingredients
one 6.4 oz. pouch or two 2.6 oz. pouches or two 5 oz. cans Chunk Light or Albacore White Tuna, chunked and drained
2 T. chopped onions
2 T. mayonnaise
1 T. finely chopped celery, pickle relish or chopped dill pickle
8 slices bread, your favorite
4 slices cheese (cheddar, American, Pepper Jack, Provolone or Mozzarella)

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion and celery/pickles; mix well.
Top 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese each. Spread tuna mixture over cheese slices; top with remaining bread slices.
Spread each sandwich with additional mayonnaise; place in skillet or panini maker.
Cook on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
