Need a quick meal that everyone will love? These chicken breasts are delicious and stay moist on the inside. They have a wonderful and crispy crust even though they are baked.
1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/3 t. freshly ground black pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 T. butter, melted
Heat oven to 400. Spray a rimmed baking sheet or dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix cheese, crumbs and seasonings in shallow bowl or on a plate.
Dip chicken first in the melted butter, then in the cheese mixture; turn to evenly coat each breast before placing the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
