Description
Stuff those boring chicken thighs with cheeses, sour cream, rice and spices, wrap them with bacon and get ready to eat an amazing chicken dish you won't soon forget.
Ingredients
- chicken thighs, boneless, fat trimmed
- 1 pack bacon
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2-3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat is fine
- 1/2 c. sour cream, reduced fat is fine
- 2 c. cooked rice, leftovers are great (white or brown)
- 1 - 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 t. freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place cream cheese in a large glass bowl; microwave for 15 seconds, until softened.
- Add sour cream, shredded cheese, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, a dash of salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Mix well; add rice; mix again. Set aside.
