Description
Cut your calories and fat by cutting out the bread and maybe by using turkey bacon for your BLT sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
- 4 pieces baked bacon slices, broken into large pieces (turkey bacon works as well)
- 1 medium tomato, diced into large pieces
- 2 T. Ranch dressing or mayo
- avocado slices, optional
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Bake bacon in 400 degree oven on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet for about 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Add bacon, tomato, and cheese to romaine lettuce leaves. Spread Ranch dressing/mayo over each.
- Makes 2.
