Cut your calories and fat by cutting out the bread and maybe by using turkey bacon for your BLT sandwiches.
2 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
4 pieces baked bacon slices, broken into large pieces (turkey bacon works as well)
1 medium tomato, diced into large pieces
2 T. Ranch dressing or mayo
avocado slices, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
Bake bacon in 400 degree oven on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet for about 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Add bacon, tomato, and cheese to romaine lettuce leaves. Spread Ranch dressing/mayo over each.
