Cook bacon either in a skillet or bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crisp.

Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.

Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle it with the Ranch seasoning mix and then put in the chunks of cream cheese.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours or until the chicken can shred easily.

Remove the chicken to a platter or a carving board and shred.

Stir cream cheese mixture until well blended. Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker; stir until chicken is well coated. Add in the cooked and crumbled bacon.

Serve on rolls with cheese slices on top. Place under a broiler for a few minutes with no tops until cheese is melted. Replace the tops. Serve hot.
