30 minutes from the kitchen to the table is wonderful for those stressful week night dinners. This is a delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside chicken dish.
1 one oz. packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
¾ c. seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs (Panko would work as well)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix; stir until well blended.
Pour the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or large plate.
Dip each chicken breast in the mayo/salad dressing mixture, turning on all sides until well-coated, Shake off any excess.
Place the breasts in the breadcrumbs; turn until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken on the pan. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear.
