Genny's Guacamole

Description

This is the most delicious guacamole ever!

Ingredients

5 ripened avocados
1 finely diced red pepper, seeds removed
1 finely diced small red onion
1 finely diced small jalapeño, seeds removed
3 finely diced medium Roma or Melrose tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. finely ground black pepper
1/2 tbl. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 cup sour cream
