This is the most delicious guacamole ever!

Ingredients

• 5 ripened avocados
• 1 finely diced red pepper, seeds removed
• 1 finely diced small red onion
• 1 finely diced small jalapeño, seeds removed
• 3 finely diced medium Roma or Melrose tomatoes
• 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. finely ground black pepper
• 1/2 tbl. finely minced garlic
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/4 cup sour cream
