If you like meatballs, then this recipe is for you! It is so easy because you start with frozen packaged meatballs, Bisquick, and refrigerated hash browns.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes (from a 1 lb. 4 oz. bag)
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/4 t. pepper
• 3/4 c. frozen sweet peas, thawed and drained
• 12 frozen meatballs, with or without seasonings (from a 16 oz. bag), thawed and cut in half
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. Original Bisquick® mix
• 1 c. milk
• 2 eggs

Steps

1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 inch glass pie plate or deep-dish pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, salt and pepper potatoes; stir.
3. Layer potatoes, peas, meatballs and cheese in the pie plate.
