1 c. self-rising flour, plus extra for dusting
1 c. Greek or natural yogurt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour and yogurt; bring together to form a ball.
Place ball on a floured board; knead for 5-8 minutes. Roll into a pizza shape; add desired toppings.
Bake about 12 minutes.
**If the dough seems a little wet and sticky, sprinkle on a little more flour. The more you knead it, the better it comes together.
