Description

There is little to no preperation to making this delicious crockpot meal. Just dump it all in the crock, wait 4 to 6 hours, and dinner is ready. If you use a crockpot liner, there will be little clean up afterwards.

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, fresh or frozen, washed/rinsed
• 1 packet Fiesta Ranch dip/salad dressing
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 can corn, not drained
• 1 block of cream cheese

Steps

1. Line crockpot with a crockpot liner for easy clean up.
2. Place all ingrediets in the crockpot. Cook on high 4 hours or 6 hours on low.
3. Remove chicken from the crockpot. Shred with forks and eat over rice with tortillas or use it to make chicken tacos.
