Description
You will want to add this to your meal rotation because it is that good! Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips (or pre-sliced beef stir fry strips)
- garlic powder, to taste
- 3 T. canola or vegetable oil
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 large green bell peppers, sliced
- 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes, NOT drained
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. white sugar
- 1/4 t. salt, optional
Steps
- Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.
- Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder, to taste.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil then brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to slow cooker.
