Now you can make cheeseburgers in your crockpot! Just brown the meat, add remaining ingredients to the crock pot, and go about your business. In 5-7 hours, dinner is done!
2 lb. lean ground beef
1⁄4 t. ground black pepper
1/4 t. salt
4-6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 T. milk
2 T. prepared mustard
3 T. ketchup
2 garlic cloves, minced
8-10 sandwich buns, toasted
onion slices, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes, optional
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with salt and black pepper until beef is cooked. Drain off excess fat and discard.
Line a crock pot with a 3 1/2-5 quart crock pot liner for easy clean up.Transfer beef to the lined crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients except for the buns, onion, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes.
Cover; cook on Low 5 - 7 hours.
Serve the beef on toasted sandwich buns with an assortment of condiments.
** Add chopped bell peppers and chopped onions, if desired to the crockpot.
