Description
Now you can make cheeseburgers in your crockpot! Just brown the meat, add remaining ingredients to the crock pot, and go about your business. In 5-7 hours, dinner is done!
Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 t. ground black pepper
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4-6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 T. milk
- 2 T. prepared mustard
- 3 T. ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8-10 sandwich buns, toasted
- onion slices, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes, optional
Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with salt and black pepper until beef is cooked. Drain off excess fat and discard.
- Line a crock pot with a 3 1/2-5 quart crock pot liner for easy clean up.Transfer beef to the lined crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients except for the buns, onion, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes.
