Description
Make a healthier version of Parmesan chicken. It uses organic ingredients and low fat Parmesan cheese. Serve with a healthy salad and a non-starchy vegetable.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. low-fat, grated, organic, dry Parmesan cheese
- 4 organic boneless, small, thin chicken breasts (3 oz. each)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 c. organic sour cream
- non-fat cooking spray
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking sheet with a cooking spray.
- Place cheese in a bowl. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Trim fat from chicken breasts; season with salt and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with sour cream and dip into Parmesan cheese.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheet; bake 25-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
