Slow-Cooker Pork Chops and Potatoes in a Creamy Ranch Gravy

Description

It only takes a few minutes to prepare this meal for the slow-cooker and then just let the cooker do the rest of the work. Serve these delicious chops with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.

Ingredients

4-6 pork chops
6-8 potatoes, medium
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom (or your favorites)
2 packets dry ranch dressing mix
1 c. milk

Line the crock of a slow-cooker with a slow-cooker liner for easy clean up. Spray liner with non-stick cooking spray.

Wash and chop potatoes; place potatoes on the bottom of the cooker. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes.

Mix together the soups, dressing mix and milk. Pour on top of the pork chops; cook on LOW 6-7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
