It only takes a few minutes to prepare this meal for the slow-cooker and then just let the cooker do the rest of the work. Serve these delicious chops with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- 6-8 potatoes, medium
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom (or your favorites)
- 2 packets dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. milk
Steps
- Line the crock of a slow-cooker with a slow-cooker liner for easy clean up. Spray liner with non-stick cooking spray.
- Wash and chop potatoes; place potatoes on the bottom of the cooker. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Mix together the soups, dressing mix and milk. Pour on top of the pork chops; cook on LOW 6-7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
