These chicken tenders make a great appetizer or as the main dish as the main dish. Serve with your favorite side dish.
3-4 boneless chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. Panko bread crumbs
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 c. jalapeno ranch dressing
oil, for cooking
sour cream ranch dressing for dipping, optional
Pour oil to cover the bottom of a skillet; set on medium-high heat.
Pour some jalapeno ranch dressing on a plate, platter or a bowl.
Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
Pound chicken to desired thickness and cut into chicken tenders.
Dip chicken tenders in the dressing and then coat in the bread crumbs.
Place in the hot skillet. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until no longer pink in the middle.
