Description
Serve this tuna salad with a side of crusty bread and your favorite soup.
Ingredients
- 2 c. pasta
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. mustard
- 3-4 T. onion, finely diced or grated
- 1 t. garlic
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 t. parsley
- 1/4 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- several dashes celery salt
- 1 can tuna, drained
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 c. peas, frozen and at room temp several minutes
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 c. hard boiled egg, diced
Steps
- Boil pasta until al dente; drain; rinse in cold water; drain.
- Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic, garlic salt, celery salt, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Mix the pasta and sauce together; add frozen peas, cheese, and pickles. Stir and serve.
