Serve this tuna salad with a side of crusty bread and your favorite soup.
2 c. pasta
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. mustard
3-4 T. onion, finely diced or grated
1 t. garlic
1/2 t. garlic salt
1 t. parsley
1/4 t. onion powder
1/4 t. seasoned salt
several dashes celery salt
1 can tuna, drained
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 c. peas, frozen and at room temp several minutes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
1/2 c. hard boiled egg, diced
Boil pasta until al dente; drain; rinse in cold water; drain.
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic, garlic salt, celery salt, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
Mix the pasta and sauce together; add frozen peas, cheese, and pickles. Stir and serve.
